Mr. Scott Mahoney is the Managing Member of Catalyst Capital, LLC, and therefore is deemed to be a Beneficial Owner of Catalyst Capital, bLLC's ownership interests in JayHawk Energy, Inc. by virtue of the voting and dispositive control Mr. Mahoney has over Catalyst Capital, LLC. Mr. Mahoney disclaims any Beneficial Ownership in the JayHawk Energy, Inc. interests.
