1. The total of shares held directly by Dr. Rueff was previously reported as 8,466 shares. This total has been adjusted to correctly report 8,242 shares held directly by Dr. Rueff.

2. The total of shares held by Dr. Rueff jointly with his wife was previously reported as 4,196 shares. This total has been adjusted to correctly report 4,420 shares held by Dr. Rueff jointly with his wife.
