Launched the development of Hughes Landing at Lake Woodlands, a 66-acre mixed use project. Developed & leased Ward Village Shops Phase I & commencing development of Ward Village Shops Phase II which is 100% leased. Macy’s and Dillard’s Announced the $70 million redevelopment of Riverwalk Marketplace in New Orleans into the first downtown outlet center.
