This Post-Effective Amendment (“PEA”) No. 5 to the Registration Statement of Grand Prix Investors Trust (the “Company”) under the Securities Act of 1933 and Amendment No. 6 to the Registration Statement of the Company under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “IA Amendment”) on Form N-1A is filed solely to correct errors in the signature page to PEA No. 3and IA Amendment No. 4 on Form N-1A filed January 24, 2013.
