Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Cole does not own shares in his individual capacity. He is a member of Flagship Ventures General Partner, LLC, the sole general partner of Flagship Ventures Fund 2004, L.P. ("Flagship 2004"), and a member of Flagship Ventures 2007 General Partner, LLC, the sole general partner of Flagship Ventures Fund 2007, L.P. ("Flagship 2007"). Flagship 2004 and Flagship 2007 are each a reporting person and each has filed a Form 3 reporting its respective ownership. Mr. Cole disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares owned by Flagship 2004 and Flagship 2007, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
