In determining the value of the Fund’s investments, various inputs are used. These inputs are summarized in the three broad levels listed below:
 
  Level 1 – Quoted prices in active markets for identical securities.
 
  Level 2 – Other significant observable inputs (including quoted prices for similar securities, interest rates, prepayment speeds, credit risk, etc.).
 
  Level 3 – Significant unobservable inputs (including management’s assumptions in determining the fair value of investments).

Derivative Instruments and Hedging Activities
 
The Fund records derivative instruments at fair value, with changes in fair value recognized on the Statement of Operations, when applicable. Even though the Fund's investments in derivatives may represent economic hedges, they are not considered to be hedge transactions for financial reporting purposes.
