Explanation of Responses:
1. The Class A Warrants were a component of the units sold in the Issuer's initial public offering in May 2010. Each unit consisted of two shares of Common Stock, one Class A Warrant and one Class B Warrant. The Reporting Person purchased 2,000 units in the open market at a purchase price of $10.096 per unit. The Class A Warrants did not have a separate purchase price inasmuch as they had not yet begun trading as a separate security on the date of Reporting Person's purchase.
