Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 22, 2023, Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) was formally notified by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company has evidenced compliance with all applicable requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, including the $2.5 million stockholders’ equity requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1). Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(B), the Company remains subject to a Panel Monitor through November 22, 2024.
