The prior 8K released on March 24, 2015 stating the Neil Chandran has settled with the Alberta Securities Commission was erroneous. Neil Chandran has not settled with the Alberta Securities Commission.
 
Neil Chandran is stepping down as the CEO and Director of Sungame and is remaining employed in the capacity of product development and sales and marketing and will not have the authority to bind Sungame under any agreement, and will not have any spending authority.
