September 23, 2013 - Athens, Greece - Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2013 before the market opens in New York on Wednesday, September 25, 2013.

On the same day,Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, the Company's management team will host a conference call to discuss the financial results.
