Explanation of Responses:

1. Bona fide gift. No compensation was given to the donor for the gifting of shares.

2. On December 29, 2020, the reporting person completed two transactions, the sale of 5,108 shares of Class A common stock and a bona fide gift made by the reporting person of 580 shares. The Form 4 previously filed on December 30, 2020 only reported the sale of shares and failed to report the bona fide gift. As a result of filing this Form 4 amendment, the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction reflects a reduction in the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person by 580 shares. This reduction also applies to the Form 4s filed by the reporting person after the original Form 4 was filed on December 30, 2020 but before this Form 4 amendment was filed.
