1. Mr. Wen Zhiguang owns 51% of the equity of Kung Fu Dragon Group Holdings Limited and may be deemed to individually beneficially own 6,374,244 shares of the shares of common stock of the Issuer owned by Kung Fu Dragon Group Holdings Limited.

2. Ms. Lona Liu owns 49% of the equity of Kung Fu Dragon Group Holdings Limited and may be deemed to individually beneficially own 6,124,273 shares of the shares of common stock of the Issuer owned by Kung Fu Dragon Group Holdings Limited.
