(b)On December 10, 2012, Bonita H. Spiegl resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of First Advantage Bancorp (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Advantage Bank (the “Bank”), effective December 10, 2012, to pursue other opportunities.
