Item 8.01

Other Events.

On July 15, 2015, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The ONE Group, LLC, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a lease agreement with IA Lodging San Diego TRS, LLC to open an STK Rebel restaurant in the hotel known as the Andaz San Diego (“Andaz”) in San Diego, California. The Company expects to commence restaurant operations at the Andaz in 2016.
