Jim Anderson, William Elmore, Kathryn Gould and Paul Koontz are the Managing Members of Foundation Capital Management Co., LLC and are deemed to share voting and investment control over the shares held by Foundation Capital, L.P. and Foundation Capital Entrepreneurs Fund, LLC. Mr. Anderson, Mr. Elmore, Ms. Gould, and Mr. Koontz each disclaim beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of his or her direct pecuniary interest therein. |
