China Biologic Products Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) received Professor Wenfang Liu’s resignation from the Board of Directors effective July 9, 2018. The Company also received Mr. Albert (Wai Keung) Yeung’s resignation from the Board of Directors effective July 6, 2018.
