Completion of Share Repurchase and New Share Capital

On March 22, 2013, the Company completed its previously announced private repurchase of 7,859,550 ordinary shares. After giving effect to the repurchase, as of March 22, 2013, the Company has 82,439,960 outstanding ordinary shares, par value $0.01 per share.

Until updated by the Company, the above number of outstanding ordinary shares should be used by equity holders of the Company in calculating their ownership percentage in the Company in accordance with applicable law.
