1. Montierra Minerals & Production, L.P. ("Montierra") owns 2,820,578 common units. Montierra Management LLC is the general partner of Montierra ("Montierra Management"). Montierra Management owns 28,491 common units and may be deemed to beneficially own all of the reported securities.
