Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On June 3, 2020, Sean Bradley, formerly President, Co-Founder, and Chief Strategy Officer, was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Advocacy, and Lonny Sternberg, formerly Chief Operating Officer, was appointed to the position of Vice President, Business Program Management.
