Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 8, 2016, Promod Haque gifted 23,240 shares of the Issuer's common stock and the Haque Revocable Trust UA DTD 05/07/2002 gifted 234,868 shares of the Issuer's common stock to the Haque Family Foundation.

2. Following the gifts (i) 48,642 shares were beneficially owned by Haque Family Partners, of which Mr. Haque is a partner, (ii) 184,095 shares were beneficially owned by Haque Family Partners II, of which Mr. Haque is a partner, (iii) 66,616 shares were beneficially owned by the Haque 2012 Dynasty Trust, of which Mr. Haque is a trustee, and (iv) 236 shares were beneficially owned by Genesis VC Partners XI, LLC ("Genesis XI), of which Mr. Haque is a co-Chief Executive Officer of the managing member of Genesis XI.
