Explanation of Responses:

1. Purchased pursuant to the exercise of options described in Table II.

2. The securities disclosed in this Form 4 (except for Put Options set forth in Table II) are directly held by Shanda Asset Management Holdings Limited. Mr. Tianqiao Chen is the sole shareholder of Shanda Media Limited. Shanda Media Limited owns 70% of all outstanding and issued shares of Premium Lead Company Limited which is the sole shareholder of Shanda Technology Overseas Capital Company Limited. Shanda Technology Overseas Capital Company Limited is the sole shareholder of Shanda Asset Management Holdings Limited. Therefore each of Mr. Tianqiao Chen, Shanda Media Limited, Premium Lead Company Limited, Shanda Technology Overseas Capital Company Limited and Shanda Asset Management Holdings Limited may be deemed to be the beneficial owners of such securities.

3. Represents the amount of Common Stock that may be acquired or beneficially owned through derivative securities, as applicable.

4. Option has either expired or been exercised, as applicable.

5. The Put Options set forth in Table II represent an obligation on the part of Shanda Asset Management Holdings Limited to buy the underlying Common Stock from the holders of such options, at such holders' discretion.
