On February 14, 2008 at 3:45 p.m., Donald B. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Truckload Services, Inc. (the Company) will participate on behalf of the Company in the BB&T Capital Markets Logistics and Transportation Conference held in Coral Gables, FL. Mr. Cochran’s presentation will include an overview of the Company based on the third quarter 2007 financial results. The presentation will be broadcast live via webcast on the Company’s website, www.goutsi.com. An archived webcast of the presentation will also be available to the public in the “Investor Relations” section on the Company’s website, through February 22, 2008.
