On June 14, 2019, pdvWireless, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its ticker symbol on the Nasdaq Capital Market will change from “PDVW” to “ATEX.”  Trading under the new ticker symbol will begin on June 17, 2019.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
