Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares are owned directly by nCryptone S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prosodie S.A.. Prosodie S.A. is the sole shareholder of nCryptone S.A. and is an indirect beneficial owner of the reported securities.

2. The reporting person has entered into a lock-up on the balance of its holdings until July 31, 2008. In connection with the sale of the 617,856 shares reported hereunder, the reporting person has granted the buyer an option to purchase the balance of its shares of common stock subject to the aforementioned lock-up agreement and other restrictions on beneficial ownership.
