Long-term Supply Agreement

On January 9, 2009 LG Display Co., Ltd. and Apple Inc. entered into a long-term supply agreement to supply LCD panels for 5 years.

As a part of the Agreement, LG Display will receive a long-term prepayment of USD 500,000,000 from Apple Inc. in January 2009.
