Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On December 22, 2014, effective with the filing of the amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation with the Wyoming Secretary of State, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of common stock of the Company from one billion five hundred million (1,500,000,000) to nine billion (9,000,000,000), $0.0001 par value.
