This amendment is being filed to reflect that these shares are beneficially owned directly by Hanlong (USA) Mining Investment, Inc. and indirectly by each of Hanlong Resources Limited, Sichuan Hanlong Group Co., Ltd., XiaoPing Liu, Geng Liu, Xue Yang, and YiFan Liu.
