Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 13, 2010,  China Fire & Security Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held presentations at 2010 Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investor Conference's China Track held from Sunday through Wednesday, September 12-15, 2010, at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.  A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
