On January 27, 2020, George J. Mangieri, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Westlake Chemical Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to retire upon the assumption by his successor of the Chief Accounting Officer position, which is expected to be around March 31, 2020.
