("NL") distributed (the "Distribution") to its shareholders 1/162nd of a share of common stock of Kronos Worldwide, Inc., a subsidiary of NL ("Kronos Worldwide"), for every share of NL common stock outstanding as of the close of business on September 13, 2004, the record date for the Distribution. In the aggregate, NL distributed 298,769 shares of Kronos Worldwide common stock to holders of NL common stock. |
