(the "Company") announced an agreement under which its Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company subsidiary will recapture a block of approximately $50 million of annualized traditional life insurance premium in force that had been ceded in 2002 to Reassure America Life Insurance Company, an affiliate of Swiss Reinsurance Company.
