LIMA, Peru--Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. (NYSE:CPAC; BVL:CPACASC1) (“the Company” or “Cementos Pacasmayo”) announced today that:

As of today, Inversiones ASPI S.A. holds 265,789,617 of the Company’s ordinary shares, or 50.01% of shares outstanding, from 279,689,617 shares, or 52.63% of shares outstanding, as of September 30, 2015.

Inversiones ASPI S.A. remains the Company’s controlling shareholder.
