Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares were sold pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Rohlen Revocable Trust on November 15, 2006.

2. Following the reported transactions, Mr. Rohlen indirectly holds an aggregate of 306,757 shares through the Rohlen Revocable Trust of which he serves as a trustee.

3. Mr. Rohlen disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks:

The Rohlen Revocable Trust also engaged in seven additional sales of common stock on 08/01/2007 in the following share amounts and sale prices: 100 shares at $25.87, 100 shares at $25.90, 200 shares at $25.91, 214 shares at $25.92, 100 shares at $25.93, 115 shares at $25.94 and 186 shares at $25.95. The transaction code applicable to each sale is "S." All the sales were made pursuant to the Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Rohlen Revocable Trust on November 15, 2006. Following the reported transactions, Mr. Rohlen indirectly holds an aggregate of 306,757 shares through the Rohlen Revocable Trust of which he serves as a trustee. Mr. Rohlen disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
