Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 25, 2008, the Boyd-05 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #1 distributed 481,230 shares to William S. Boyd, an individual and 257,143 to the Boyd 2005 Irrevocable Trust dated April 14, 2005.

2. On April 25, 2008, the Boyd-05 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #2 distributed 737,144 shares to William S. Boyd, an individual.

3. On April 25, 2008, the Boyd-05 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #3 distributed 421,683 shares to William S. Boyd, an individual.

4. On April 25, 2008, the BG-05 Limited Partnership, distributed 2,355 shares to two trusts over which she has no investment control, 63 shares to the Marianne E. Boyd Trust, and 3,925 shares of Western to the Marianne Boyd Johnson-05 Western Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #1. On the same date, the Marianne Boyd Johnson-05 Western Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #1 distributed 3,925 shares to Marianne Boyd-Johnson, an individual. Marianne Boyd-Johnson then distributed 3,925 shares to the Marianne E. Boyd Trust.
