Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 17, 2021, Cinedigm Corp. (the “Company”) consummated the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Bloody Disgusting, LLC (“Bloody Disgusting”). The acquisition resulted in the Company acquiring Bloody Disgusting’s website, podcast series, streaming service and other content focused on the horror genre.
On September 21, 2021, the Company issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
