1. This filing is amended to correctly reflect reportable transactions and holdings as of year-end 2008.

2. Increase due to reinvested dividends in a dividend reinvestment plan.

3. These shares are held in trusts for the benefit of the reporting person's grandchildren. The reporting person's spouse is trustee of these trusts. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and the filing of this report is not an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of these securities for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
