1. These securities transactions were unintentionally omitted on the Form 4 filed by the reporting person.

2. Of the option to purchase 213,333 shares of Common Stock of Critical Therapeutics, Inc. originally granted, 32,000 of the underlying shares were vested as of the date of grant, 45,333 of the underlying shares become exercisable on April 26, 2005 and the remaining 136,000 of the underlying shares become exercisable in 36 equal monthly installments beginning one month thereafter.
