WHEREAS, PIMCO California Municipal Income Fund (the “Trust”) is organized as a trust under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and

WHEREAS, Joseph B. Kittredge, Jr. retired as a Trustee of the Trust, effective as of June 30, 2024;
