On March 2, 2012, Overstock.com, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2011.  A copy of that press release has previously been furnished with a Report on Form 8-K filed March 2, 2012.  The telephone numbers for the audio replay, to commence at 12:30 p.m. EST on March 2, 2012, were incorrectly reported in the press release. The correct telephone numbers to listen to the call replay are (800) 585-8367, or (404) 537-3406, if calling from outside the U.S. or Canada. The conference ID is 54760607.  A copy of the press release announcing the correction to the call replay information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
