POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that each of the undersigned as directors and/or officers of JACKSON NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW YORK (“Jackson of NY”), a New York corporation, hereby appoint Laura L.
