1. Grant to reporting person of option to buy shares of stock. The option will become exercisable as follows: 20% on the first anniversary of the grant; 25% on the second anniversary of the grant; 25% on the third anniversary of the grant; and 30% on the fourth anniversary of the grant.
2. Grant to reporting person of option to buy shares of stock. The option will become exercisable in 25% increments on the first, second, third and fourth anniversary of the grant.
