1. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $16.90 to $17.14. The price reported reflects the weighted average sale price. The Reporting Person has provided to the Issuer and will provide to any shareholder of the Issuer, or to the SEC Staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

2. These securities are owned (i) directly by Addington Hills Ltd., (ii) indirectly by The Tango Trust and (iii) indirectly by Rhone Trustees (Bahamas) Ltd. (formerly Pictet Overseas Trust Corp. Ltd.), as trustees of The Tango Trust under Trust Deed dated 28 October 2009. The Tango Trust owns all of the voting equity interest in Addington Hills Ltd.
