1. Shares are held of record by Alta Partners VIII, L.P. ("APVIII"). Alta Partners Management VIII, LLC ("APMVIII") is the general partner of APVIII. Guy Nohra, Daniel Janney and Farah Champsi are managing directors of APMVIII and exercise shared voting and investment power with respect to the shares owned by APVIII.

2. Each of the reporting persons disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of his, her or its proportionate pecuniary interest therein.

3. Shares are held of record by Alta California Partners III, L.P. ("ACPIII"). Alta California Management Partners III, LLC ("ACMPIII") is the general partner of ACPIII. Garrett Gruener, Guy Nohra and Daniel Janney are the managing directors of ACMPIII and exercise shared voting and investment power with respect to the shares owned by ACP III.

4. Shares are held of record by Alta Embarcadero Partners III, LLC ("AEIII"). Garrett Gruener, Guy Nohra and Daniel Janney are managers of AEIII and exercise shared voting and investment power with respect to the shares owned by AEIII.
