Attached as Exhibit 100 to this report are the following financial statements from ON Semiconductor Corporation’s (the “Company”) Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 26, 2008, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 31, 2008, formatted in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language): (i) the Consolidated Balance Sheets as of September 26, 2008 and December 31, 2007; (ii) the Consolidated Statements of Operations and Comprehensive Income for the quarter and nine months ended September 26, 2008 and September 28, 2007; and (iii) the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the quarter and nine months ended September 26, 2008 and September 28, 2007.
