Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares are held indirectly through RT Management, LLC, of which Mr. Strange is a Manager and a 75% owner. Rodney D. Windley, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Issuer, is also a Manager of and owner of the remaining 25% of RT Management, LLC. Mr. Strange disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
