(d) Appointment of Gregory Kenausis as the chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

 

Mr. Kenausis, a current member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Plug Power Inc. (the “Audit Committee”), has been named as the chairman of the Audit Committee.
