TENTH AMENDMENT TO

MUTUAL FUND CUSTODY AND SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Amendment dated January 10, 2014 to the Mutual Fund Custody and Services Agreement effective November 26, 2008 (the “Agreement”) by and between ALLIANZ VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS TRUST (the “VIP Trust”), ALLIANZ VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS FUND OF FUNDS TRUST (the “FOF Trust”) and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (the “Custodian”).

WHEREAS, the VIP Trust, the FOF Trust and the Custodian have entered into the Agreement;

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement in order to change the name of the following fund of the VIP Trust effective January 24, 2014:  AZL® Columbia Mid Cap Value Fund will change to AZL® MFS Mid Cap Value Fund

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement in order to add the following fund to the FOF Trust effective January 10, 2014:  AZL MVP T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation Fund; and

WHEREAS, in order to effectuate the above changes, Appendix F to the Agreement must be amended.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

1.   To delete Appendix F of the Agreement and substitute it with Appendix F attached hereto.

2.   Except as specifically amended hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

3.   The VIP Trust, the FOF Trust and the Custodian hereby each represent and warrant to the other that it has full authority to enter into this Amendment upon the terms and conditions hereof and that the individual executing this Amendment on its behalf has the requisite authority to bind the VIP Trust, the FOF Trust or the Custodian to this Amendment.

ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO

MUTUAL FUND CUSTODY AND SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Amendment dated April 28, 2014 to the Mutual Fund Custody and Services Agreement effective November 26, 2008 (the “Agreement”) by and between ALLIANZ VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS TRUST (the “VIP Trust”), ALLIANZ VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS FUND OF FUNDS TRUST (the “FOF Trust”) and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (the “Custodian”).

WHEREAS, the VIP Trust, the FOF Trust and the Custodian have entered into the Agreement;

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement in order to add the following Fund to the VIP Trust effective April 28, 2014:  AZL® Wells Fargo Large Cap Growth Fund; and

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement in order to remove the following funds from the VIP Trust:  AZL® Allianz AGIG Opportunity Fund; AZL® Allianz AGIC Growth Fund; and AZL® NACM International Growth Fund; and

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement in order to remove the following Funds from the FOF Trust:  AZL® MVP Fusion Balanced Fund; and AZL® MVP Fusion Moderate Fund; and

WHEREAS, in order to effectuate the above changes, Appendix F to the Agreement must be amended.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

1.   To delete Appendix F of the Agreement and substitute it with Appendix F attached hereto.

2.   Except as specifically amended hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
