Explanatory Note


This Post-Effective Amendment No. 26 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A is being filed pursuant to paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of Rule 485 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “1933 Act”), solely for the purpose of delaying, until April 1, 2011, the effectiveness of the Registration Statement for the PayPal Fund for Good (the “Fund”), filed in Post-Effective Amendment No. 18 on June 8, 2010, pursuant to paragraph (a) of Rule 485 of the 1933 Act. The effectiveness of the Registration Statement was delayed in Post-Effective Amendment No. 19 on August 20, 2010, Post-Effective Amendment No. 20 on September 16, 2010, Post-Effective Amendment No. 21 on October 14, 2010, Post-Effective Amendment No. 22 on November 10, 2010, Post-Effective Amendment No. 23 on December 9, 2010, Post-Effecti ve Amendment No. 24 on January 6, 2011, and Post-Effective Amendment No. 25 on February 3, 2011, each pursuant to paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of Rule 485 of the 1933 Act.
