CDC Launches Sales of Pivotal CRM in India Through its Franchise Partner Program

Leading India-Based Person-to-Person Outsourcing Services Company to Implement Pivotal CRM  

HONG KONG, ATLANTA, December 18, 2007 — CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation and a provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and business services, announced today the launch of Pivotal CRM sales in the India market through its new franchise partner, CDC CRM Solutions Private Ltd.

As previously announced, CDC Software earmarked $20 million for investment in channel partners worldwide. CDC Software has taken a 19 percent ownership stake in CDC CRM Solutions Private Ltd. and the company will exclusively sell Pivotal CRM in India.

CDC CRM Solutions has successfully completed its first sale of Pivotal CRM to TTK Services, a leading person-to-person outsourcing company headquartered in Bangalore India. TTK Services is part of TTK Group of India, a 77 year old diversified conglomerate. TTK Services is a pioneer in the person-to-person outsourcing industry through two brands called, “YourManInIndia,” a complete concierge service that manages tasks in India on behalf of their expatriate India clients and “GetFriday,” a virtual assistance service that helps clients worldwide with a variety of tasks such as research, web monitoring, making appointments and even providing wake-up calls.

Pivotal CRM is one of the most comprehensive enterprise CRM solutions on the market today and is widely deployed in the services industries where clearly differentiated customer experiences are critical to a company’s competitiveness. CDC Software Joins Leading Industry Standards Group for the Enterprise Applications Market

CDC Software Becomes Member of OAGi with Key Executive Serving as Chairman of Board of
Directors

ATLANTA, HONG KONG, Dec. 27, 2007 – CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) and a provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and business services, announced today it has joined the Open Applications Group Inc. (OAGi), a leading open standards group in the enterprise application industry.

Nigel Davies, vice president, Supply Chain Solutions for CDC Software, will continue to serve as chairman of the board of directors of OAGI until his term ends in early 2008 when he joins the five-member Executive Committee of the OAGi. Davies has served as chairman of the OAGi board for the past three years when he was an executive with Catalyst International, which was later acquired by CDC Software in September 2007.

OAGi, which oversees the Open Applications Group Integration Specification (OAGIS) standard, is a non-profit development organization focused on building business language standards for enterprise application interoperability. The group is committed to driving down integration costs by removing the barriers to interoperability in enterprise applications across industries on a global scale.

Share Repurchases and Insider Buying

Company Insiders Purchased 467,825 Shares during Last Nine Trading Days

BEIJING, ATLANTA, December 28, 2007 — CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) focused on enterprise software, and online games, announced today, that company directors and executives have purchased a net amount of approximately 467,825 shares since the insider trading window was opened on December 17, 2007.

Additionally, during the fourth quarter of 2007, the company and its subsidiaries repurchased 366,000 common shares at an average price of US$6.31 per share for a total of US$2,309,246. Since January 1, 2007, the company and its subsidiaries have repurchased a total of 2,909,200 common shares at an average price of US$8.02 per share for a total of US$23,326,637. Since the beginning of the share repurchase program on May 2, 2006, the company and its subsidiaries have repurchased a total of 8,997,824 common shares at an average price of US$5.69 per share for a total of US$51,220,386.

The company has entered into a 10b5-1 trading plan which facilitates the repurchase of its common shares and allows the company to repurchase shares during trading blackout periods through pre-arrangements with a broker, based upon specified guidelines and parameters set forth in the trading plan. Shares of the company purchased by subsidiaries are not counted as part of the company’s authorized repurchase program.
