Other Events.

Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Mr. John A. Stone has replaced Mr. Matthew Lavelle as Chief Financial Officer of CDC Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Lavelle resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective as of January 14, 2011 to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Lavelle’s departure was not the result of any disagreements with the Company, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, regarding financial or accounting matters.
